Present simple and present continuous

Hi guys!  
We start Unit 1 with the present tenses.


PRESENT SIMPLE --> For routines.
Es el que usamos casi siempre Lo usamos cuando queremos decir que hacemos algo normalmente, es parte de nuestra rutina: on Mondays, every day, always, sometimes... 

-I play hockey on Saturdays.

-She does gymnastics every day. 
-We sometimes go swimming.



Pero, ¿y si quiero decir que lo estoy haciendo ahora mismo? Ya no puedo usar el present simple, usaré el siguiente...


PRESENT CONTINUOUS --> For an action in the moment. (algo que pasa en ese momento, en directo)
Lo uso cuando quiero decir que lo estoy haciendo ahora, hoy o  en una foto: now, at the moment, today, in this picture...




-I'm playing hockey now.
-She's doing gymnastics today.
-We are going swimming.
